How long does it take to process an order?

You will receive a confirmation email after you place an
order. It takes 7-10 business to process an order after you receive the confirmation
email. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

What carrier service do you use?

We use United States Postal Service. At checkout, you can
choose to have your package delivered by Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or
Priority Mail Express. All shipping rates will be determined by USPS.

What should I do if my products are delivered damaged?

Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to
contact me if there is a problem with your item caused by an error ON OUR PART.
Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix
item at no charge to you.

Can I return or get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on items.

How can I place a custom order?

Currently we are only taking custom orders for tumblers and
mugs. To start the process, please complete the
Custom Order form on our website.
We will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I care for my tumbler or mug?

All tumblers and mugs are handmade, so please handle with care. Follow our Cup Care instructions so you do not damage your tumbler or mug.

CUP CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. DO NOT SOAK
  2. HAND WASH ONLY
  3. AVOID EXTREME HEAT
  4. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
  5. WNOT MICROWAVE SAFE

Will my product(s) look exactly like the images on the website?

All products sold in our shop are handmade. While we do our very best to make sure you receive your product exactly like the one shown on our website, there may be minor differences. These are signs proving our products aren't mass produced, and imperfections are all characteristics of handmade products. Please know we will never sell any damaged or defective products because we take pride in all of our creations.
